Delisting And Deregistration
The Company previously filed a Certificate of Dissolution with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware and is engaged in the complete liquidation of the Company.
Delisting
Until July 17, 2014, the Company’s common stock was traded on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol “GLCH.” On that date, in connection with the Company’s dissolution and liquidation, the Company’s common stock was delisted from the Nasdaq Global Market.
From time to time, securities brokers may make a market for beneficial interests in our common stock in the “over-the-counter” market. If so, there can be no assurance regarding the liquidity or duration of any such market.
Deregistration
In November 2014, the Company’s common stock was deregistered under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. Consequently, the Company is not required to file with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission periodic or current reports under the Exchange Act (that is, reports on Form 10-K, Form 10-Q and Form 8-K).
The Company does not intend to file reports on 10-K, 10-Q or 8-K voluntarily. To inform its stockholders of important news, the Company may issue press releases, post information on this website or use other communication channels.
